The maps are in a PDF file for each EZDrummer expansion kit, but only if you purchase those kits. What I learned to do is when I find an empty folder, I just click on the next folder and usually the midi files that would normally be in that folder are actually there in the next folder. So you'd have to know where the EZDrummer MIDI is coming from and create a map for the EZDrummer expansion to DKD. The only trick is that the Toontrack midi files have section/folder labels that appear empty in the Media Browswer the folder tree system does not apply in the media browser.
